All breads are Naturally leavened with either a wheat or rye sourdough culture.  Organic flours and grains are sourced from Nitty Gritty Grain Co (VT), La Milanaise (QC), & Adirondak Hay and Grains (NY).


COUNTRY

Classic French Country loaf containing stone milled whole wheat, whole spelt, and whole rye. Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, whole spelt flour, whole rye flour h2o, sea salt.
 

ANADAMA

Traditional bread of coastal New England with corn and molasses. Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, whole spelt flour, whole rye flour, corn masa, molasses, h2o, sea salt.


HOT CHEESE

The crowd pleaser. Small  jalapeño cheddar loaf with red chilis and chipotles. SPICY. Wheat flour, Cabot Cheddar, jalepeño, japones, new mexico, chipotle,  h20, sea salt.


BAGUETTES: PLAIN / SALT & SESAME

Plain or coated in sesame seeds and maldon salt flakes. Wheat flour, h20, sea salt, unhulled sesame seeds.


THE ABBEY

Our Country bread with fresh rosemary and salted sesame crust. Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, whole spelt flour, whole rye flour, rosemary h2o, sea salt.


OLIVE LOAF

Our Country bread, loaded with olives. Wheat flour, whole wheat flour, whole spelt flour, kalamata, castelvetrano, h2o, sea salt.


TREMOLO RYE

Danish style rye (Rugbrød) made with 100% freshly milled organic rye. Whole rye flour, cracked rye, toasted sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, h20, sea salt.


WALNUT

Freshly stone milled whole wheat bread, packed with toasted walnuts. Whole wheat flour, toasted walnuts, h20, sea salt.


WHOLE WHEAT

100% freshly milled Vermont grown whole wheat, the flavor of Vermont. Whole wheat flour, h20, sea salt.
